And it ended with seven offers on the table—and spoiler: I didn't win by guessing. One conversation with the listing agent gave me clarity on what the sellers really needed, and we built our offer around that—because it's always more than just the number. And truthfully, having a relationship there helped. Real estate is people first, always. When there's trust on both sides, things move more smoothly. Seventeen days later, we closed—with happy people on both sides.
